APPROVED LOCATIONS AND PROJECT PIPELINE:

  • • 170MW Solar Farm, “ Central America" First 15MW phase approved $20.5M CAPEX.
    Up to 170MW for $229.5M CAPEX. $12M cash on hand. EPC optional with funding required. Government approved to start immediately. 20-year PPA, government guarantees and BG/SBLC available.

  • • Three "South East Asia” PV Solar Farms. Fully permitted.
    All risks 100% insured by Lloyd’s of London.

  • • 48MW General Santos Tambler
    $59M CAPEX, 48MW General Santos Conel $59M CAPEX, 25MW Biliran CAPEX $27M. 20-year FIT (PPA) $0.1733. $33.5M 1st year income. IRR 23.32%-55.27%.

  • • Three "South East Asia”
    Waste-to-energy and biomass plants Lockheed Martin built and insured $70 million each, $210M total; 10MW Cavite, 10MW Baguio City and 10MW General Santos City. Biomass and MSW feedstock contracts. Manila Cavite Power Park approved.

  • • Three Republic of Ghana waste-to-electricity plants Lockheed Martin built and insured;
    10MW Kumasi site ready, 10MW Accra landfill, and 10MW Takoradi/Tamale. Projects total $210M. $50M annual income. IPP approved. 25-Year MSW Feedstock. 25-Year PPA $0.175.

  • • Two Republic of Botswana waste-to-electricity plants Lockheed Martin built and insured $70 million;
    National capital of Gaborone and Francistown. Projects total $140 million estimated annual income of $25 million. 25-Year $0.13 PPA with 25-Year MSW feedstock from 4 landfills.

  • • Botswana $1.6B Diamond City Centre near airport
    85 hectares mixed-use, 50-story Freedom Towers, DeBeers Diamond Exchange, 5-Star Starwood Resort Hotels & Residences, renewable water, waste, and energy infrastructure, Disney-designed Water Park, and Convention Centre.

  • • Kazakhstan 180MW coal-fired CHP (Combined Heat & Power) plant.
    Finalized 4/15/16 MOU 25-year PPA @ $.10 kWh. Coal is $10 ton to site. CAPEX $450M. (Four additional plants needed)

  • • MENA
    (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia) Regional construction of Lockheed WTE projects sponsored by partners NCE, former Qatar Ambassador to US, and Royal Family.

  • • 1.2GW Central America
    Distributed Thermal Gas Power projects fully approved by Nigeria and U.S. Power Africa Initiative. GE gas power units required. Additional projects Coal and Iron plants, and WTE.

  • • Central America and Caribbean Power.
    Five solar and five WTE projects, 50MW substation, land site, approvals, and engineering complete. $1.35 kWh solar CAPEX. 10MW San Miguel City, El Salvador WTE Lockheed Martin built. $70M CAPEX. El Salvador 20MW solar PV shovel-ready.

  • • Morocco Infrastructure and Resorts
    10MW Waste-to-Electricity, King’s $500M City of Wonders ocean front resort near capital with MGM and Six Flags, ten additional power projects pending.

    Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand PPA’s for 500MW solar thermal; Cameroon 250MW hydro; $1.5B Botswana water pipeline; Ghana and Nigeria 900MW GE power; West Africa 50MW solar; Uruguay 12 WTE sites; Barclays Bank WTE mandates in Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda, Mauritius, Kenya, and Egypt.

    Major resort development consisting of harbor, hotels, villas and retail being developed on 300+ acres of Caribbean beach front. Developer needs $500 million to complete the project.

  • • Renewable Energy Technology Company.
    Successfully tested technology converts wastes into clean renewable energy. Transforms wastes from a disposal issue to a renewable energy resource and eliminates long term environmental problems associated with landfill wastes. Offering 49 percent equity for 2nd stage funding of $15.0 million to complete a 1st full scale commercial application unit and build a National marketing and sales organization.

  • • Resort Community
    Unique and beautiful 160 home resort communities built on the shores of Lake Michigan on one of the best beaches in the Country and only 55 miles from downtown Chicago. The developer has land zoned and available for residential and/or commercial development, ie. senior housing, hotel, condos, etc. Buy individual parcels or purchase equity participation in the total development for $2 million.

  • • Commercial Finance Company
    Finance company providing fully collateralized loans ranging from $250,000 to $1,000,000 to small businesses. The Company has developed a niche marketing strategy targeting small businesses. Client is seeking Funds of Funds - up to $25 million of debt and/or equity financing which would provide growth to $100 million.

  • • Healthcare Receivable Funding.
    Two year old company organized to purchase and collect on personal injury receivables from hospitals, doctors and attorneys. Each investor's portfolio of receivables are fully collateralized 250% of A/R and the estimated collections are guaranteed to the investor. Client's strategy - Rapidly Increase It’s Market Potential by raising $10-$15 million debt financing which will provide for purchase of an additional $100 million of receivables.

  • • Hotel & Residences.
    New York based upper end hotel and residences needs $140 million to complete this development. Owners have already invested $28 million.

  • • Entertainment Industry.
    We are raising $277 million to finance the tours of three world class entertainers. $30 million has been raised to date for the first event.

  • • Building a Town.
    $5 billion is being raised to develop over 1,000 square miles in Latin America. The development will consist of a new community consisting of resorts, residences, hotels, retail, a port, desalinization plants, fish farms, etc. Land has been acquired, permits are in place and the developer is ready to break ground.

  • • Fish & Organic Produce Farm.
    Our client is purchasing a successful operating fish farm. His plans are to expand the fish farm while growing organic produce on excess acreage. $108 million is being raised for the purchase and expansion of this farm.

  • • Renewable Energy Technology Company.

    World class organization and business strategy to capture a major share of the $20 billion U.S. retail fresh beef market building on the health benefits of grass fed versus corn fed beef. Bridge funding of $2 million is needed to provide working capital to launch a rollout in two markets of 50-100 stores each. By 2012 the client plans to be in 20,000 stores generating in excess of $500 million annual revenue.
