Robert currently serves as CEO of MBS Financial LLC a North Carolina based commercial finance company, MBS is a broker driven business lender and private capital source; providing both conventional and unconventional funding to small businesses across the US.
Robert is an all inclusive investor, business development & consultant specialist, integrating a full suite of professional resources & relationships to his clients. Lending and investing in enterprises with $2 - $50M in annual revenues, Roberts interest is in industry disruptive opportunity & strategic partnership relationships. Robert received his degree in Business Administration from Utica College in NY 1977 and lives in the Tampa Florida area. Robert is presently a member of a consortium of private capital investors as well as consulting FINRA members Robert connects institutional funds and fund management to meet a wide variety of Debt and private equity capital. Jay Hill

Jay has 45 years of executive management experience in technology, media and software companies.

His businesses have raised substantial amounts of capital while leading the creation of initial and secondary public offerings, venture capital, debt and private equity financing.
He has served on 31 boards of directors and has served as advisor for dozens of high tech businesses. He has also served on numerous non-profit boards including the Presbyterian Foundation. For 20 years, he was primarily a senior executive in turnaround situations in information technology, telecommunication and cloud based software companies. Most recently, he headed up mergers and acquisitions for a small public company.

Mr. Hill was CEO, President and a Director of LightPort Advisors, Inc, a private Internet service provider for the financial services market. He has held similar positions with Unitron Medical Communications, Inc. and Amnet Corporation (Netlink), and has held senior sales and marketing management positions with SunCoast Environmental Controls, Technology Research Corporation, Harris Corporation, Doelz Networks, Paradyne/AT&T, Inforex and VillageEDOCS. He recently served as interim CEO of Suncoast Solutions, a software company that services Hospice and Home Health agencies.

Alicia’s focused client passion provides tremendous value to both MBS Financial Funding and its clients. . Having a background in the clothing industry; Alicia has been responsible for the transitions of production and business development from the Pacific Rim to Costa Rica outward to global markets.
As founder of AMK Specialty Gourmet Products; Alicia developed a unique food niche as the first component desert kits, a cutting-edge food packaging idea that provided the consumer both the topping and cake mix all in one. Her concept is found today in many of the baking isles of grocery stores throughout the world.
Featured in numerous national publications in recognition of her innovative product line; Alicia’s story has been featured in McCall’s Magazine, Fox Radio, and Entrepreneur Magazine. She has worked with Cornell University’s world renowned Food Science department on various food product lines.
Currently obtaining her Master’s Degree in Data Sciences with a specialty in finance, she holds a certificate in Information Technology and Cyber Security, and achieved her B.A. with a concentration in Business from the University of St. Catherine’s in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Mr. Myricks has a wealth of experience as a patent attorney and an expert on patent portfolio management, intellectual property valuation, and intellectual property Commercialization strategies.
Currently, he serves as Of Counsel with the Hughes Media Law Group, PLLC, a patent broker with Tangible IP, and the principal attorney in the Myricks Law Group. In his current roles, his practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications on inventions in the electrical and software art fields involving computer software systems, computer networks, multimedia systems, gaming applications and Internet e-commerce applications. He counsels business owners and inventors on patent portfolio management, patent infringement, patent invalidity, intellectual property and technology licensing, and related strategic business matters. In addition, Mr. Myricks has significant experience drafting and negotiating technology and intellectual property license agreements, software license agreements, technology transfer agreements, joint venture agreements, and technology development and distribution agreements. He has also consulted extensively on transfer pricing issues, intellectual property migration strategies, and the valuation of intellectual property assets.
His past experience as in-house counsel includes positions as Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for PatentCafe.com, Inc. He is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and a registered patent agent with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington, in the District of Columbia and before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He maintains active memberships with the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, and the Washington State Patent Law Association. He is also the former Chair of the Seattle Chapter of the Licensing Executives Society.
